Onsite Parking

(A) Birley or Lilley Street off Wickham Terrace
This car park is located underneath the Brisbane Private Hospital. You can take the car park lift straight to level 7. The hospital car park can become full by as early as 8:30am on some days and we recommend that you allow time to seek alternate parking nearby.

(C) Wickham Terrace Car Park – Corner Upper Edward Street & Wickham Terrace (500m) - Can be accessed via Turbot St & Creek St

Please Note:

We recommend that patients make use of the drop off zone at the Hospital front entrance, 259 Wickham Terrace. Wheelchairs are also available from the front reception.

Public Transport

By Bus

The Spring Hill Loop bus service operates on a continuous loop between the CBD and Spring Hill. This is a free service and can be easily recognised by yellow signposted bus stops and distinctive yellow buses. Stops along the route include; Brisbane Private Hospital, Post Office Square and Central Station. The service runs at 6:52am, 7:18am, 7:44am, 8:10am and 8:25am then approximately every 10 minutes until 6:05pm Monday to Friday.

By Train

There are two stations nearby –Central Station (450m) and Roma Street Station (650m).

Please Note:

There is an uphill walk from the train stations to the hospital. We recommend catching a taxi or the Spring Hill Loop bus if you feel you may have trouble walking uphill.

From the Airport

The Brisbane Private Hospital is located 17kms from the Brisbane Airport. A return ticket on the Airtrain will cost $30. This service leaves the airport every 30 minutes and stops at both Central Station (22mins) & Roma Street Station (26mins). You may also catch a taxi from the airport, although you will need to factor in extra travel time to allow for traffic congestion during peak times.
